Explanation
Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) can measure an infrared absorption spectrum of a solid, liquid and gas. The system can be operated in multi-measurement modes includ ing transmission, reflection, attenuated total reflectance and grazing angle as well as 2D mapping.
