Explanation
Titan Themis3 60-300 kV, one of the world best transmission electron microscope (TEM), can provide 2D & 3D atomic-scale images and information of thin specimen. In this particular TEM, we specially designed it for analysis of organic nanostructured materials and polymers by having a wide range of acceleration voltages, monochromator, cryo-shield, piezo stage, and dual aberration correctors.
